
PRICING
Lighthouse does offer clients the option of fee-based and/or performance based pricing options. For investment, many clients tend to prefer a performance-based system; commission is more usually the method for insurance-related solutions; whereas project-based or recurring monthly fees tend to be the preference for our corporate governance clients. Because every client is different, we will advise which pricing system is the most appropriate, given their needs and requirements.
Inevitably some services and solutions will be more valuable and productive to clients than other services; whereas complex client solutions can be more labour-intensive than simpler solutions; and in some cases the solution can be so technically-intensive that we need to involve third-party support and expertise. Understandably our pricing does need to reflect all these factors to be sure that the services we deliver are sustainable and viable each time and into the future.
Because Lighthouse pricing is oriented to quality and deliverable value, we do look more to the long-term for value because we make our money the same way as most clients do… over the years. Significantly, this may explain why a good proportion of our work and services are performance-based. You make money… we make money. You make more… so do we!
