It may surprise you to learn that Lighthouse's commitment to a client is usually much greater than a client’s commitment to Lighthouse. In many cases, we do not install a client service agreement each time; because it is our fervent belief that we need to continue to earn our clients’ trust and patronage every year. Provided we continue to deliver and honour our promises, our clients have little reason or need to look elsewhere.
We believe it is Lighthouses service methodology that explains why we rarely lose clients… even after they return to their home country or relocate. When this happens, the only thing that changes for Lighthouse is that our Consultant can no longer meet the client for coffee. Most everything else stays the same… just as it should.
