A good indication that this trust is being placed wisely is because your Lighthouse Consultant has not just ‘thrown’ ideas or promises on the table; but has taken the time to properly understand your situation, your needs - and your preferences; and has explored together with you the possible, practical and realistic solutions able to meet these needs and preferences.

Another good indicator is that when solutions are presented to you by your Lighthouse Consultant, the explanations are thorough and revealing, enabling you to fully comprehend how the solutions work, and so be sure that it is indeed suitable and appropriate for your needs and preferences.

The final indicator should be when your Lighthouse Consultant details realistic or cautious performance and service expectations, instead of extravagant promises. After-all, we don’t control the global economy, so who are we to make bold and extravagant promises on its behalf?
