Company Registration

Our services extend to guiding each client on the evaluation and selection of the most appropriate structure and jurisdiction to meet each client’s needs and requirements. Our registration services also include the preparation, submission and management of the registration process, together with the appointment of jurisdictional officers and support providers where required.

Corporate Governance

Services include the provision to clients of structural and jurisdictional audits for jurisdictional compliance. These services also extend to the monitoring and evaluating of corporate regulatory risk and framework changes that will impact corporate reporting. Significantly, we provide our clients ongoing guidance and representation to manage and adjust their ongoing and future inter-company governance and supervision processes to maintain the alignment of their offshore and onshore structural strategies.

Cross-border Cash-flow Planning

We provide companies with an effective range of cash-optimisation solutions that encompass cross-border billing structures and inter-company goods and services transfers. Our services and solutions range from cash consolidation systems, jurisdictional tax management, inter-company reconciliation, and cash-management strategies. In each case, our clients can in-source the optimisation structure, or choose to out-source the operation of these management systems to our in-house facility.

Accounting Solutions

Our in-house accounting services range from standard book-keeping facilities through to bespoke financial management services. Standard accounting services include data entry; invoice compilation and distribution; general ledger; and monthly management accounts. Our bespoke services effectively allow clients to in-source the skillsets of a financial director at lower cost to encompass tax optimisation; liaison with tax agents, auditors, customs and local authorities; annual reports; and the preparation and presentation of business plans for financing activities to secure loans and credit lines.

Payroll Solutions

Our payroll services can be stand-alone or be incorporated into other accounting solutions, depending on the needs of each client. These services include payslip preparation; statutory deductions and submission; medical and annual leave tracking and entitlements; tracking bonuses and commission entitlement; preparation and issuing staff and statutory payment orders; and monthly payroll reports
