NATIONAL SYSTEMS

It is not unusual that many of our clients make the assumption that their home-country healthcare system will continue for a temporary period to provide coverage overseas once they become an expatriate. Unfortunately, many national systems will not cover their expatriate citizens after they move abroad.

As part of our responsibility to our clients, Lighthouse undertook a study of the national healthcare systems of the countries many of our clients come from. Now, and armed with better information, each client can see what cover their home-country provides while they live overseas, and so determine whether they should seek personal provisions for medical insurance or healthcare.
